Advanced Foot Care Nurse Services
Advanced Foot Care Nurses
Advanced Foot Care Nurses are registered nurses (RNs) or registered practical nurses (RPNs) with specialized training in the care of the feet and lower limbs. They are regulated by the College of Nurses of Ontario and bring a strong medical background to their practice. With advanced certification in foot care, they provide routine and preventative treatments to support long-term foot health.
Advanced Foot Care Nurses play a key role in caring for seniors and people living with diabetes, many of whom benefit from regular visits every 6–8 weeks. Their focus is on promoting comfort, preventing complications, and helping patients maintain mobility and independence through safe, professional, and compassionate care.
